Refunds depend on the nature of the service, its execution status, deliverables already produced and conditions agreed before work began.
Services already started
Once work has begun, any refund must take into account the portion actually completed and deliverables already produced.
Translation guarantee
If a journal explicitly identifies language errors attributable to a translation performed by CognoPublica, the correction will be made at no additional cost. If it is confirmed that a rejection was due exclusively to those errors, a full refund of the translation service may be considered under the applicable conditions.
