Payment confirmation
After making a transfer or coordinated payment, send the transaction receipt or proof of payment a investigacion@cognopublica.com to confirm the payment.
In the email, include your name, the requested service and, if possible, the amount paid. The receipt allows us to verify and correctly associate the payment with your request.
PayPal
It can be used for domestic or international payments when this method has been confirmed for your request.
Use only the amount and request reference previously provided by CognoPublica.
Payment is processed on PayPal's secure website. After completing the transaction, you will be redirected to CognoPublica's confirmation page.
Payment in Peru
Local payment methods may be arranged when applicable.

Payment flow
- You request a service or quote.
- CognoPublica confirms scope, deliverables, timeline and amount.
- You receive the corresponding payment instructions, including the amount and request reference.
- You make the payment only after that confirmation.
- You send the receipt or proof of payment to investigacion@cognopublica.com to verify the payment.
